ELIMINATES the Teacher Education Assistance for Higher Education (TEACH) Grants - a program that supports the recruitment and retention of teachers in high-need fields in high-need schools.
ELIMINATES 3 Key Loan Forgiveness Programs - these loan forgiveness programs are often recruitment tools for teacher preparation programs.
